1* Enhanced 1911 Pistol

The 1* logo has become kind of the unofficial logo of the SWAT guys, and those working in harm's way. The need for a reliable, no-frills and no nonsense pistol has never been more important. After all, when things go bad, we only have "one ass to risk". The slogan and logo were originated by famed gun writer Gary Paul Johnston, and he has authorized Grizzly Custom Guns to use the logo on selected guns from our shop.

The 1* Enhanced package is available on the Colt 1911 style pistols in either blue or stainless steel, and the Springfield Armory mil-spec pistols in blue only. Springfield-Armory stainless pistols can be used as well, but the price will be slightly higher due to additional parts requirements. Please inquire.

Package modifications and parts include:

• Best quality trigger job using proprietary action components and aluminum trigger (length of your choice)
• Fitted beavertail grip safety
• Novak low-mount sight system
• Tool steel slide stop
• Extended thumb safety
• Lower & flare ejection port
• Serrate front strap in point pattern @ 20lpi
• Complete 1911 dependability package including; Wilson Bulletproof extractor, tune ejector, polished feed ramp, throated barrel, polished breech face, polished cartridge pick-up rail, chamfer firing pin hole, polished chamber, ream chamber if necessary
• Steel serrated mainspring housing
• Hand-filed beveled magazine well
• Extended ejector
• Match grade barrel bushing, blue or stainless
• Re-crowned barrel
• Complete de-horning
• Satin blue or stainless finish
• Wolff spring set
• VZ Grips Micarta, or checkered exotic wood, double-diamond stocks
• 1* logo etched into right-rear side of slide
• One 8-round magazine, tested and tuned with each gun for maximum reliability
• Gun rug
• 1* logo patch
