Importing/Exporting

If you are outside the United States and would like to have work done or would like to purchase a firearm, please contact us for information on importing/exporting. We have a team of importing/exporting dealers that should be able to take care of the arrangements for a nominal fee. See this link for additional information. I-E Services.pdf

Delivery Times and Estimates

We work very hard to meet time estimates, especially where a deadline is concerned. Please let us know if you have a class or a hunt scheduled. We will do our best for you.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, in addition to personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders.

While some projects may require an advance deposit, full payment is required when the project is completed, prior to delivery.

Quality

We take pride in each and every job we do, and we are not satisfied until you are. We use the best parts and materials available for a particular job, and within your budget. If you are ever dissatisfied with our work for any reason, you need to let us know at your earliest convenience. We will work with you to resolve the issue to our satisfaction and yours. Period.

Project Photographs

We have many requests for photographs of customer's projects, either throughout the process or after it is complete. While we don't mind doing this, it does take quite a bit of time. To be able to continue to offer this service, it will be necessary to begin charging the shop rate of $65 per hour. Thank you for your understanding.

Miscellaneous

If you want to make a change to a project that we already have in-house, call or email us as soon as possible so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.

If you want to receive some or all of your old parts back, please let us know, in writing, when your gun is sent in. If not, they will not be available after-the-fact.

Ammunition brands and loads used on individual projects will vary. If you have a specific load or loads that you wuill be using, please let us know so that we may include it in the development of your project.

Please include your phone number in your emails to us. Quite often we get emails bounced back to us when responding to you due to the settings on your SPAM filters, or your IP settings. We then have no choice but to hope that you contact us again.
